I want to convert a DVD to mpg. There are 4 title menus on this DVD and 4 VOB files. Per the instructions for online help, I use VIDEO_TS.IFO as the input file.

When I used the trial version, it would recognize the 4 VOB files and let me choose which ones I wanted to convert. Now that I have purchased the unlimited version, it doesn't let me choose - it just converts ALL into one large file. There is no option to Select Tracks or Titles. In the advanced tab, there are no conversion options there to choose from.

Please advise, as I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Please send us the screenshot of the Advanced settings - Conversion options tab (see the screenshot attached) with your VIDEO_TS.IFO file imported to the program.

Specify if there is a drop down menu for video tracks as indicated on the screenshot.
