I can't convert these MP4 files to WMV (or any other format). I have installed the latest version of AVS.

Any suggestions?

Please specify the location of the input file you use to convert.
Place it on your desktop and import to AVS Video Converter once again. Do you get any problems?

Try to remane your input file without using commas and convert the file once again, inform about the result.

Describe please your actions while converting the file, what preset and settings you selected for the output.

Do you get any problems with any other files?

I'm having a problem converting my mostly FLV files (& a few AVIs) into DVD. I've done this before in the past, w/out any hangups, but now when using Converter 8.3 I'm not getting ANYWHERE, & it is extremely frustrating!!! I've uninstalled & reinstalled numerous times, & that's not getting rid of these errors:

Dear User,

I am not sure if you have tried to use this utility to delete all the traces of AVS4YOU software from your PC. If not please do. After that download and install only AVS Video Converter and try to convert the files once again.

If the problem remains please specify if you can playback the .FLV files you need to convert on any of your PC players.

I have used the Uninstall Cleaner each time that I've uninstalled, & my FLV files play just fine.

p.s. This last time I was actually able to complete conversion. If I have future problems, I will let you know.
