I am viewing converted AVCHD footage to MPEG 2 and I am seeing a lag in the audio, noticed on speech. I didn't change any of the output settings but I suspect that there must be something there that needs to be corrected. Any help for a newbie? Please direct me to any other responses if this issue has already been discussed. Thanks.

Hello,
To avoid the problem please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow this link
http://support.avs4you.com/GetFile.aspx?DocumentID=168498-647
and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked.

3. Download the latest versions of the necessary programs from our website:
http://avs4you.com/downloads.aspx
Now install the software on your PC anew.

If it does not solve the issue please contact us again and specify your PC configuration.

Best regards.

I have done everything that was suggested in your reply. All icons are back, but as soon as I bring up the video converter, it indicates that this is a review copy. I had everything registered prior to this. Do I need to add my license back in somewhere? How long was my subscription good for? Don Hennig Video

Was this resolved?

I am having the same issue with my file. I have already done a complete reinstall using these directions. I have an open request but it has not yet received a reply and I am already dreadfully behind delivery because of another technical issue (thus the recent reinstall). Maybe it's quicker though the forums...
