After 4 days of not hearing anything from support, I'll try to open this thread, maybe I'm not alone and someone has a solution:
In the Preview window, the content is shown but 90% of content is black and the rest is distorted colors. Problem occurs for every file format (GoPro, mkv, avis, etc.).
If I just open a movie and render it, the end result is ok. But of course I need the preview window to make AVS usable. I already regret my decision to buy this software
Version: 6.2.1.222
OS: Win7 Pro 64-bit
RAM: 16GB
GPU: ATI Radeon 6950 2GB
CPU: Intel 2600K
