Can no longer get the Freeze function in AVS Video Editor 6.2.
(Edit>Freeze)
I was using it fine and was in the middle of a project. I was using the freezeframe option and then all of a sudden it just quit working. It seems to not be generating the .png file at all.
I do not remember clicking any other options or changing any settings.
When clicking the 'Freeze' button the screen acts like it is trying to process the request, but does nothing.
I have updated to the latest software as well as shutdown the program and restarted my computer. Also restored settings to default.
Any further suggestions or guidance would be much appreciated!
