Hi people

I have just started using AVS Video Editor and recently successfully produced a DVD.
The DVD was about 10 minutes long and I used a 4.7GB 120min blank DVD.

The latest DVD I wish to produce is over an hour long, I had to purchase an 8.5GB 240min blank DVD.
AVS finished the process and everything seemed okay, until I tried to play it back on 3 different dvd players and each failed, even the computer doesn't recognise the disc as it will not load.

I don't see anything obvious that I may have done differently from the first time.

Hello,

Please make sure you are using the latest version of AVS Video Editor.

Make sure you have saved your video to DVD format.

It is also recommended to use DVD-R disks of reliable brands.

If this problem persists, please try to provide some additional information on the issue:
- please desribe your actions in AVS Video Editor step by step;
- specify whether the problem persists when you burn other disks in AVS Software;
- specify what exactly happens when you try to play the disc on your PC (attach a screenshot of the error message);
- specify the model of your DVD drive.

Best regards
