I have a hp pavilion with windows 7. I have version 4.1.8.93 AVS Player. When I try to play AVI files, they hang and are jerky. I can play the same file in windows media player version 12 and the video is fine but I have no sound.

Hello,

Please specify whether there is an issue with all AVI files. Specify whether you tried to use another player, VLC player for example.

Downlaoded VLC, Video and Audio on AVI files work normal. All AVI files on AVS player are jerky and hang up. Other extensions play normal, Just AVI affected.
