When I try to comvert a MP4 file (approx. 600 meg) to AVI Divix, I get a file that has no video, but has audio. I've tried most of the default settings, but still get the same results. I'm a nuwbe to vido conversion. Does anyone know of a preset setup that will solve mu problem?

Hello,

Please make sure you use the latest version of AVS Video Converter 8.1:
http://download.avs4you.net/distributives/AVSVideoConverter.exe


Please try to install K-Lite Codec Pack

Try to provide some additional information about the error:

- specify which presets you select for conversion

- specify whether the video is absent in the preview windod

- specify what player you use

The K-Lite Codec Pack works great, but only for certain MP4 videos. I guess a few of my videos have different codec. But thanks again.
