I have successfully produced many MPEG-2 files from over the air recordings, using Video Editor. Even with a 2 Tb hard drive, I'm running out of space, so I"ve tried burning blu-rays using both the MPEG-2 files, and the original over the air recordings as sources in Video Editor, putting several programs on one disc and putting chapter marks at the beginning of each clip. Disc menu is enabled. When producing is completed, the menus work fine within the AVS project. However, when I access either the burned blu-ray or the produced file from which it was burned, using PowerDVD11 Ultra, and double click on one of the menus they are inoperative. They just show up as static displays, with the progress marker at the bottom of the screen traversing the entire track in about nine to ten seconds. If I double click on the zzzzz.m2ts file containing the actual videos, it plays perfectly, but as one single video. Tech support's recommendations have been totally unproductive, including the suggestion to use Disc Creator, instead of Video Editor to burn the disc. I've produced the files at 720p and 59.94 fps, using both MPEG-2 and H.264 coding, all with the same results.
