Hey I registred the actual video converter 8.1 to convert some mov files into wmv for a ppt presentation, the old video converter 5.6 converts the exact same files without probliems but there is th watersign becaus it ist not registred. The new one says siomething about file format error What can help, or is it possible with the actual activation key make the registration for the old video converter 5.6 with some trick, because the old one wants a username and a serial key and the on requires just the activation key?

To avoid the problem we would ask you to launch the attached utility on your PC. This utility will update AVS software components installed on your PC.


1. Save the attached .exe file on your PC.
2. Close all running AVS applications and launch the utility.
3. Follow the instructions given.
4. When the installation is complete new updated software components will be installed on your computer.
