When i click start conver to wmv 720p or 1080p it says initalizing but then freezes an wont work. I think it could have somthing to do with intel HD driver, iv installed the newest version but still no joy. So I uninstalled the driver and it worked, only problem is then the laptop looks like its in safe mode without the HD driver installed. So how do I fix this??
