I think it could have somthing to do with intel HD driver, iv installed the newest version but still no joy. So I uninstalled the driver and it worked, only problem is then the laptop looks like its in safe mode without the HD driver installed. So how do I fix this??

Hello,

Please try to update your video card driver. Then try disabling Nvidia driver in Device Manager.

For it click right mouse button on My Computer and open Properties, find Device Manager and run it.

In Device Manager follow Video Adapters>Nvidia. Disable it via context menu.

Then try running AVS Video Converter.

Please inform about the results.

Best regards.
