Having created an ODT file that had a table in it, I tried to convert to a DOC file using Open Office. That failed badly, losing the entire table structure and resulting in pretty much a text version.

So I tried the AVS Doc Converter. I was amazed to see the table still there!....but all the left hand side fields were blank.

Is there a way to tweak for this?

I have attached the two files.

Any help appreciated. I know doc conversion can be tricky, but this came so close!
