Do any AVS products allow you to take multiple images and make a video? I don't mean a slide show. An actual 30fps video with control over frames per image?

Infortunately,AVS4YOU software doesn't have such an option. AVS Video Editor allows you to create a slideshow with different transitions between images, your own subtitles or voice comments, video effects and a soundtrack. Follow our instructions.
