I'm having some issues when converting FLV to either WMV or MP4. The very beginning of the video (5-10 seconds) is all grey and kind of fills in with image in blocky chunks. After the time, the video just pops in and looks great. Is there something I am doing wrong that is causing this at the beginning of every video I convert?

Hello Ed,

Sorry for the late response.

Please make sure that your FLV files play without this defect in video player software on your computer. If playback is ok, we need one of your FLV file to look into the issue further. Do you have an example which is less that 10 mb? Please attach it to your message in zip archive.
