There is a clip I have added that freezes at the same point, however the clip itself is fine if you play it on its own normally its just once you add it to your editing. What is the problem its driving me mad and stopping me from completing my project

Hello,

Could you please specify the format of your clip? is it HD video?

Also, please specify your PC configuration - Operating System, CPU, Ram.

Best regards.

Hi

I am using a dell inspiron laptop with 3GB RAM. The operating system is Windows Vista, CPU is Intel Pentium T3400 @ 2.16GHZ and the video clip is an MPEG from a SD memory card

Hello,

As far as I understand you are trying to load your files into AVS Video Editor from memory card. Please copy the files to hard drive at first and then import them from hard drive into AVS Video Editor.

Best regards.

Thank you for your help that seems to have worked. The last problem I have now is once I burn the footage to disc, the disc menu is too large for the TV?

Hello,

I'm glad that the problem has been solved.

As for DVD menu issue, try changing aspect ratio of it, see the screenshot attached.

Please note that the issue is different from the topic subject. It has already been discussed in this topic.

Best regards.
