When I start AVSMediaPlayer and push 1 button, the mediaplayer freezes and can only be shut down with the taskmanager. The laptop I am using is a Dell XPS 15 with windows 7 and a nVidia 540M videocard. I saw also that some people have the same problems with the video converter, but could not find a solution for that problem.

After updating the software for the nVIDIA videocard forgot to restart the computer. After restarting the computer the mediaplayer works fine.

We are glad that the problem has been solved. Does the software for nVIDIA card goes with laptop or you have downloaded it specially?
