Just a 'quickie' to thank AVS support staff over my problem with ....... control 'spSkinpanel5' has no parent window

Sorry I sent 'chaser' emails to you regarding your solution to the problem, I did not realise it was necessary to log in with email and password
to get a response from Support.

Your fix worked fine and Audio Editor now running with no problems

I am very pleased with all of the AVS software I have subscribed to, excellent value for money

It would help if you gave clear instructions on your Web pages on how to contact the Support Group

As for the instructions on how to contact support, actually, right after you submitted the first message, you can see the message that informs you that your login and password has been sent to you by e-mail and you should use them to access the system next time.

How did you fix "spSkinPanel5" error? You thank support - but I cannot find what they told you. I have same error and cannot get my mike to work.

This error message is connected with the ribbon interface minimizing of the program. To avoid the problem please disable the function "Minimize the Ribbon" on the Quick Access Toolbar in Audio Editor.

I'm attempting to edit mix a project but I can't get the 2nd and 3rd lines to unmute. While I get audio in line 1 (the solo button is selected) the other lines automatically switch to mute and when the play line reaches the mix point there is no audio from line 2 because of the mute button. Apparently I'm doing something wrong. Can anyone offer help please?
