]When converting from .doc to .ePub, the converter messes up any hyper links included in the document, including email links. All hyper links automatically return me to the cover page instead of going to the website it is a link to. The same document through both Smashwords and Amazon converters has no problem, so I know the formatting is correct in the document. Is this something that can be fixed, or do I need to format hyper links differently to use this conversion software?

I asked this same question through support and have not heard from anyone there.

Well one of the reasons why i bought the software was because it said it kept the hyperlinks. Look at the appendix, to me it means that the hyperlinks should work right? (http://onlinehelp.avs4you.com/Appendix/Troubleshooting/AVS-Document-Converter.aspx) This is a key feature i need for my business! the sooner the better!

Thank You
