I want to convert a MKV file to DVD. When I hit the advanced button all the options there are blocked out. I can't make any changes. It looks like it is going to take a 6 channel audio and make it a 2 channel, which I don't want it to do. Is there a way to make these settings available?

Hello,

Please note, while conversion to DVD the settings can't be changed as all parameters are adjusted for standard DVD player.

Best regards.

They can't be changed because they are set for a standard DVD player? I don't think so.
2 channel audio is not standard DVD.

DVD-Video may have different sound formats according to specifications - PCM, DTS, MPEG-1 Audio Layer II (MP2), or Dolby Digital (AC-3). Unfortunately, multi-channel sound is not supported by our software, therefore we have MP2 sound format with 2 channels in our presets. But, it's supported by most players.
