At this point I am VERY FRUSTRATED. I restored my Dell to its factory setting so I had to re-install all of my programs. Avs4you is giving me hell, and Support isn't very helpful.

I keep explaining AVS4you will not download. it gets to a certain percentage and times out. Support keeps dirrecting me to different links to download. and giving me directions how to install. Where ever they dirrect me to, AVS4you WILL NOT COMPLETELY DOWNLOAD. So HOW can I install? I have had this program (the full package) on my PC since 2008. What is the problem

We have just checked the link to AVS software and it works properly. Which type of internet connection do you have and what is its speed?

Try using any download manager, for example this one, to download the software.
