Like I stated, I shot a very short video on green, removed background put in overlay line with stationary pic in vid line. I tweaked it added trajectory, plays fine in vid editor but produced and only the stationary image from vid and effects line are showing in final product? No overlay line at all? I tried it again from scratch and same thing the second go? This was the last step in a project that I was hoping to get out tomorrow....any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello,

Please specify what you mean by
nicoblue:
removed background put in overlay line with stationary pic in vid line
and
nicoblue:
editor but produced and only the stationary image from vid and effects line are showing in final product

Specify the format of the file you are using (incuding overlay) and specify to which format you convert and which presets you select.

Best regards.

Hey...removed background with chromakey feature. vid plays correctly prior to export. File in video line is standard jpeg and overlay file is 264 avc file from hd kodak handheld.

I actually played around with the export setting last night and at 1st no change but accidentally might have found the issue. I was trying different settings and hitting next, going back to creat page and looking at the preview to see if the overlay was showing. After the 1st couple of times I accidentally forgot to change the audio setting to no audio as I had done in all the other attempts (I did not want audio) and bingo I had overlay in preview screen? It took me a few minutes to determine that it was in fact the no audio setting making the overlay not show up in the final product??? At that point I went back and tried about 5 different file formats with and without audio turned on and every single format with audio setting to no audio made the overlay disappear. Every format with the audio turned on allowed the overlay to show...lol? I had audio on the time line muted anyway for the record, if you are interested in trying to recreate this issue. aprox a 17 second clip and I set my avatar as snapshot of the still and overlay together to give you an idea of what it was supposed to look like. Basically it was vid of spinning record overlayed onto pic of vintage record player. This seems to me to be a possible glitch in the program.*DRINK*

Hello,

We have tried to reproduce the issue with audio, but overlay is shown...

Please make sure that you have the latest version AVS Video Editor 6.0.3.184 which is available on our website www.avs4you.com.

If it does not help, please specify your PC configuration - Operating System, CPU, Ram, Video Card. Also, please try putting another video format file to overlay, not video from hd kodak, it may be the issue with certain file.

Best regards.
