Howdy,

Thanks to Lex for responding. However, the link (below) is non-functional.
http://support.avs4you.com/SupportPage.aspx?tabId=968&ThreadID=344302

I have just purchased a quad-core system and want to move all my projects.

However, I tested the movement with another computer - copied the entire file from
<old computer> C:\Video Projects\Final - 1 Rail Kicks.ves
to
<test computer> C:\Video Projects\Final - 1 Rail Kicks.ves

Some of the stuff moved, some didn't. The project file did not contain the files, although they showed up on the timeline.
Other things - parts of some constructed title pages were missing or distorted.

If you could, send me the correct process to migrate my files from my old computer to the new computer.

(AND why isn't "Import Media File" and "Export Media File" described in the Help?)

Hello,

We advise you to avoid transfer project files from one PC to another one. As project files do not contain the actual video, the only contain the links to the media files you used in your projects. If one of the media files was removed, replaced or renamed, you will see the File Not Found notification in the Media Library. When you reopen the project you receive the following message: "Can't find file "File Name" with three options: Ignore, Ignore All and Browse...
If you know where the file is located, press Browse... and find this file on your PC

Please note, the question about license was removed as it violated our forum rules:

Your request is already answered on our support system:

Best regards.
