I posted this previously, but it somehow disappeared...
http://forum.avs4you.com/posts.aspx?lng=ENG&t=3663&p=1#16233

My question was about how to install the Windows 10 WMVA codec as an option for output in the Video Editor. My source files are often in that format.

I'm hoping that choosing the new Windows 10 WMVA as an output format might solve a problem I'm having where my files bloat from 30 meg to 200+ meg when I trim stuff off the front and back end and save it out in the old Windows 9 formats.

P.S. If my post was manually removed, please send me an email via the email address you have on file for me and let me know if I'm breaking any rules or anything. I like to be a good citizen.

Hello,

Not sure about your post... Forum was unavaliable few hours because of works on the server... Perhaps, it dissapeared because of technical reasons. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

As for Windows 10 WMVA codec, do you mean WMVA codec which has been supplied with Windows Media Player 10? You should select Windows Media 9 Advanced profile for Video Codec and WMA Pro for Audio codec in Advanced settings when save video to WMV, see the screenshot attached.

Best regards.
