Hello anyone?

I am video-converting from MPEG-4 (mp4).

No matter which format I convert to, the last 3 seconds of audio is clipped off.

Any suggestions, please?

There may be a problem converting certain files.

First of all please make sure that you have the latest version AVS Video Converter 8.0,. it can be downloaded from this link.

If it does not help, please attach a screenshot of your mpeg 4 file properties (AVS Video Converter>Advanced>Conversion options) and specify the origin of your mp4 files.
