I am planning on posting my videos on youtube or vimeo and my camera only shoots in HD 60i but I have heard that progressive is better for the web. I was wondering if this was true and if so, how to get the best video using AVS4You software that I can. How do I deinterlace if I need to and make a better quality video? If this is indeed what I need to do. I am very new to this and will be returing the camera to the store to get one that shoots in progressive mode if I can't figure this out.

Thanks,

Jarrod

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

You can re-convert your videos to progressive HD with AVS Video Converter, here is the link to download it. In the new version 8 we have special tab with presets for the Web, where you can select the profile HD Youtube and convert your interlaced video to it. It will be deinterlaced automatically.

Best regards.
