Everything was working fine with my video converter. I installed several other AVS products and now my "To WMV" is grayed out. How do I get it back?

Please install also the latest version AVS Video Converter 8.0, which can be downloaded from this link.

I am using windows server 2008 R2 and after i install it, WMV is grayed out, any codecs missing?

Hello,

Please make sure you use the latest version of AVS Video Converter 8.0.4.495:
http://download.avs4you.net/distributives/AVSVideoConverter.exe

If the issue remains please specify whether you have Windows Media Player on your PC and specify whether you can use AVS Video Editor.
