First I'd recommend to reinstall the program following the instructions
Please do not remove/rename the files used for the projects you are currently working on.
You will most probably need to recreate the project if you haven't specified new path to the file (the program will ask you to locate the file when it has been renamed/replaced)

so will i lose all the projects i produced or is it just the projects i will have to recreate? quite honestly if i am going to have to recreate EVERYTHING, i will be doing it with ANOTHER PROGRAM and i will NOT be recommending this one to ANYONE.

i have yet to get a reply on my email to AVS support. not good customer service IMO. support manager , if you are with AVS, i would appreciate you contacting my at my email.

also getting an error that my music is not in the correct format...hmmm, used all of it already without any problems.

Hello,

You will not loose the projects if you reinstall the program.

If you moved or renamed source files for the project, you should re-open them (the error message allows to browse missing file) and then re-save the project.

Regards.

P.S. our support manager has answered you yesterday. Please note that usually we respond within 48 hours.
