I did one video it worked out great, got it loaded onto our website, now I am doing the second video like I did the first and when the conversion is over it is a green mess over the video?! Can anyone help me on what I need to be doing correctly?

Hello,

Do you have this problem just with one certain video? Others converted normally? Perhaps the problem is in original DVD file... Is it commercial DVD or camera made DVD?
