whenever I try to convert an MKV file to dvd format video converter always says gives an "access violation error 65536" or internal error. The AVS website says your suppose to be able to convert MKV files. Anybody else have this problem?

can't use video converter version 7.1 because of access violation. I have tried repairing it, uninstall/reinstall and updates, it keeps saying I have an access violation. Can anybody help me? I have attached a screen shot of violation

Hello,
Sorry for the late response.
Do you get this problem converting only one certain MKV file or several MKV files? If certain, please play it in media player and make sure it is not defected.
Regards.
