Greetings,

I get blocky picture/video regardless of what kind/quality video files I play.

I've attached my system's info.

I'm running xp though this also happens on win 7 (dual boot system).

Please let me know if you need any more info :)

Hello,

Try reinstalling the software using the instructions from this link.

Also, please make sure that you have the latest version AVS Media Player 4.1.4.77.
