I just started using the AVS Video Editor today and I am trying to change the photo display and transition durations for all photos. I looked on your forum and found a post that points to the following:

However, I am not sure how to get to this dialog and use the "Apply All" function.

I did find the Settings->Edit options where you can set the durations, but this only seems to apply to new objects.

Yes, you will need to re-add photos and transitions or start new project.
