I am trying to convert an FLV I recorded in Adobe Connect to a WMV.
When I go into AVS Video Converter to convert the file, there is no audio codec information listed for the source file. I have no idea why, since when I play the FLV in any player (VLC, WMP etc...) it plays fine w/ audio and all.
When I convert the file, the video converts, but no audio.
I have already checked for updates and my software is up-to-date.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

I used this converter program before, I didn't come across this situation. Maybe you can try to uninstall the software and download the latest version again. If it still won't work, I guess you need to turn to other Video Converter programs.

Another way of isolating this issue would be to try out another FLV file. And see if the end results are the same or not.
