Ok, first of all, if i have only a few clips in on the line, it lags really bad, second, if i have an effect on my audio, the effect malfunctions at the end of the audio clip. I have a windows 7 computer with 6 - GB of ram, and the program crashes and says, " AVS video editor has encountered a problem and must close". It crashes unexpectantly, and if i save my file before it crashes, it wont work after it crashes, so i have to re-do EVERYTHING. And it frustrates me to the point i wanna rip my eyes out.

Here is a clip of the malfunctioned sound clip below:

Notice the last word is much lighter than the first words. PLEASE fix this problem.

It sounds like the same issues I'm having that the software crashes all the time with that horrible sound. I have the latest version installed and have also uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing changes. It works well with a couple of clips and then it is game over. No matter what. Please advice!

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM! AND I HAVE A DEADLINE TO GET THIS VIDEO DONE BEFORE TUESDAY! (Today being Friday) HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPP! I already reinstalled the video editor and I'm pretty sure I have the latest version? Because I JUST BOUGHT IT. O___O Go figure?

So yeah, timeline lag, closes unexpectedly, and eye gouging. Yeah. I'm there too.

Hi. can I also ask for your processor and Graphics card as well? It would also help to check the logs at Event Viewer.
