We are using AVS to convert from .wmv to .flv and serving the video through our LMS. The content window size in which we would like the video to play is 800x600. Unfortunately, the .flv wants to play full screen, so the 800x600 window is creating vertical and horizontal scroll bars. What should we be changing in the conversion setting that will allow the converted .flv to conform to the content window size?

Do you select original frame size for the conversion?
Please, provide us with some detailes, such as screen size, specs of the conversion, player you play result flv in.
I'd like to suggest you using "zoom" video effect at the moment for cutting out the black borders.
