I have Windows 7 64 bit and when running Video Converter 7, the application just stop and close when I click "Convert Now" button. How do I fix this issue? Please see attachment for screenshot of the error.

Hello,
To avoid the problem, please reinstall the programs using
this guide
then download and install the latest version
AVS Video Converter 7.1.

Vlad, Do you literally mean we have to uninstall all programs to repair Converter 7?

That is what I've advised to asetiyadi to do in his situation. It is not general advice.
Regards.
