Hi, I just purcahsed your product a few days ago and have not been able to use it successfully. I have download .vlc files from iTunes which I am trying to convert with your program to .avi or adobe permier compatible files. Everytime I try to convert a.vlc movie file after a few minutes I get an error message reading "An internal error has been encountered (code: 7). Please contact our support staff, if this problem persists. I am quite discouraged. Thank you for your help and time.

Hello,

Are you have downloaded exactly .vlc files from iTunes?

As far as I know .vlc files are data files of VLC player, not video files.

Regards.

FOR ANYONE WHO SEE'S THIS MESSAGE FEED:

Vlad's comment is incorrect.

VLC Player files are files which play with the VLC Player itself.
The VLC Player does not specify which files play with that player, it is down to the user to do that.

VLC Player plays mainly video files, and doesn't have the necessary decent qualities of an audio player to play Audio files.
(u can play audio files, but only in a very limited capacity)

alexsarafian@gmail.com's Question still remains unanswered because I am having the same problem at the moment.

Thank you
Al

Do you have the file with .vlc extension?
Please, note that VLC plays most of the video formats, but there is no vlc format.
The solution depends on waht you mean by "vlc files".
Could you please send us the file you are working on (the instructions have been sent to you via our support system)

Hello,

Please make sure you use the latest version of AVS Video Converter 8.1:
http://download.avs4you.net/distributives/AVSVideoConverter.exe

Note, to convert DVD files you should open the VIDEO_TS folder and select the VIDEO_TS.IFO file. Please send us a screenshot of the error.

Best regards.
