I'm using Version 7 and have no issues in burning to DVD.
After using AVS conversion, I use ImgBurn to burn. No issues at all. As Vlad mentioned, you need to provide more infomation.

Try using AVS Disc Creator to burn DVDs right after the conversion. You can download it from www.avs4you.com website.

My details:
Win XP SP3
AVS4YOU Video Converter 7.0

I'm having the same problem as the OP.

I was previously using a paid version of 6.0 but wanted to try 7.0. Now ver 6.0 doesn't work which wouldn't be a problem if I could get ver 7.0 to work - I would defo buy it. Just have to get it to burn.

Looking forward to an answer... let me know other info I need to provide.

Cheers
Ben

Hello,

To avoid the problem please reinstall all AVS programs following the instructions here. Then install only version 7 on your computer.

Best regards.

Could you please specify the brand and type of blank disc you use for burning?

I've tried several brands and types... Verbatim, Imation and 'no-name' cheapies. Both in +R and -R.

Is there a known brand/type that is regularly failing?

Try cleaning your CD/DVD drive lens it might help. And I would like to suggest to use AVS Disc Creator to burn discs. So far haven't encountered any problems with it. You can find it their official website.

Hello,

Yes, to avoid the error we encourage you to unininstall previous version 6, as well as the other AVS programs (see the instructions here) and then install version 7 and latest versions of the others.

Regards.
