Hi,
I recently bought the Video Editor, and I did not use it even once, because when I am adding video to the time line, the program shuts down and give me a message like "external Error EE...(something)". What is that? Has anyone here experience the same? Thank you for your help.

Hello,

Could you please attach a screenshot of the error you get.

Also, please specify the format and origin of video files you work with and inform us about your PC configuration (Operating System, CPU, Ram).

Best regards.

Hello, I send you a sreenshot of the error, new error, different from the one of the beggining (it is in portuguese, says something like: "Video Editor stops working. A problem occured and the program stops working. Windows will close the program and tell you if there is a solution."
The videos come from my Canon EOS 7D, .MOV files, full HD. I work in a HP i7, 4GB RAM, SATA 7200rpm disk, windows 7 64 bits.

Please help with that. I have work to do, and I can´t
Sincerly
