I followed the instructions to completely remove the software, then reinstall. The first movie I was having problems with completed correctly, however a second and third movie, the program crashes just like before.

My computer is running Windows 7 Ultimate, AMD Phenom X4 3.0GHz, 4Gb RAM.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I got the same result. The program crashes at the same exact point (18.75% through) on this particular blu ray. I have tried a different disc of the same movie to see if it was a problem with that disc, but that also crashes at the same exact point.
Thanks

Hello,

Do you have the same problem with all other blu-ray movies too or just with this particular?

As far as I can understand you open m2ts file from your blu-ray, try opening index.bdmv file for convertsion.

Regards.

I have had this problem with several blu-rays. I am just using this one as an example.
I have tried to open the file through index.bdmv and also choosing the MT2S through the stream folder, both with them stopping at the same exact spot.
