I'm making a 30 sec tv commercial and need to increase the speed of the transition. However all I see is duration time which I assum is how long it takes to make the transition right? So if I need it to fade in quicker I shorten the time of the duration. Only problem is it affects the prior photo that it faded out of. How can I edit the amount of time the transition takes without affecting anything in front of it? Any suggestion will be aprriciated. Taking forever to do a 30 sec spot.

Unfortunately, transition will always affect a prior photo. What is the duration of this photo in your project? It will be affected during transition time, so you should make the photo longer.
