everytime i try to capture video of my screen its always skewed to the upper left. if i box a selected area of the screen i only get the uper left corner of whatever i boxed in. if i do full screen, there is a bunch of black space to the left and the video is pushed down in the lower right corner more than it should be. anyone had this problem? everything else in the software works fine for me.

- specify your display resolution;

- specify your PC configuration (Operating System, CPU, Ram, video card). Do you use the software on desktop, laptop or netbook?

- attach the example of captured video (it should be less than 10 mb and zipped).
