After an hour's work editing, a message popped out 'Not enough storage available to process command'. That would have been ok so
I could save what I have already done. But no, can't get rid of the pop up message, can't do a save - no matter what I do. Had to
terminate abnormally - ctl/alt/del. When I brought the application back, same thing - got the same pop up message. Only solution was to
unplug the computer and write this problem. I wasted an hour's work of editing.

Did you have enough space on your harddrive when the message appeared?
Specify your step (what you was doing) the moment the error message appeared.
Please attach the screenshot of the message.
Thank you for your help.

I just looked at my C Drive Properties NOW: Used - 34.2 GB and Free - 74.3 GB. There's plenty of space available.
I did not look at the space of my hard drive when it happened because I COULD NOT GET OUT OF THE APPLICATION!
I was mostly editing the volume of each segment and a couple of Trimming. Can't remember exactly if I was amplifying or trimming at the
time of the pop-up message stuck up. But those were the 2 functions I was working on - and mostly increasing or lowering the volume.

The message was just a one liner as I pointed out. Can't take a screen shot now - it's gone!

So, if I understood you right, you have cleaned some disk space on your hard drive and after that the error message had not appeared any longer?
If the error message occurs again please contact us and attach the screenshot with it.

No, I did not clean up my hard drive with that hard drive space info. After I got out abnormally and logged back on, I checked
my storage space and that's what I had. I would say that that was the space I had available when I got stuck.

Once again the space problem persists. Before I started, I took a shot of my available space (AVSFree). Opened the vep4 file - a one minute video clip - and the very first function I attempted to do after I pressed play was to 'Edit Text'. And boom ..... pop-up (AVSnospace). The only other program running at that time was the AVS Forum that was minimized in my screen. I could not proceed - lucky I wasn't stuck. What else can I say?

Thank you for the information and the screenshot enclosed.

Please try to change the Temporary Directory in AVS Video Editor: press the Edit button on the top toolbar, choose Settings, Environment and select some other folder on your PC (see the screenshot attached), please make sure you have full access to that folder and there is a lot disk space in it.

Try to use AVS Video Editor once again and inform about the result.

We greatly appreciate your help.

After I sent the 2 screenshots I played around with the Video Editor and was able to proceed with the Text editing without any problem.
Now when you sent me the instructions to make changes to the settings, I looked at the Temp storage (I have NOT done any changes yet)
and I am forwarding to you the screenshot of the available space in Temp storage - FYI ...... and you can see 57+ GB.. Again I have
not made the changes yet.... I am just puzzled.

We really appreciate your help.

To find out what could cause the problem we need a little more information.

Please unzip the files in the attachment and save them to your hard drive: C:\Program Files\AVS4YOU\AVSVideoEditor
Then start the program and try to use it till the error message appears once again.
After that you will get a bug report (message), please make the screenshot of it and send it to us.

Thanks a lot for cooperation.

Best Regards

After I extracted the file I ran the AVSVideoEditor.exe (did I do this right?) in the Program files. I was working on a new project which was just a text
composition and played all the way. (No problem.). I brought in and played the previous project I had trouble with earlier and played it all the way (no
problem). I did not get any storage message or any other message.

Specify OS and PC configuration.
Do you get any error mesage or does the program just lock up? (Please, make a screenshot of the moment when the error appears)
Does it lock up while working with the current project only?

I am also having the same issue. I'm editing the video with audio. When I hit the Volume and Balance settings, I get the error "Not enough storage is available to process this command" although I have 12 GB free space in C drive (Attached).

In addition I also got "Audio format is not supported" when I was importing mp3 file into the project. But this did not happen after importing wma file followed by mp3 file... very strange!!

This is too inconsistent to work with, although the software has changed a lot in layout and more user friendly than its previous versions. I wish to see error free software. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks
Sekhar
