I've just started using Photo Ed. and trying the red eye correction which works great ... except...

I had one photo where all 6 people had terrible red-eye. 5 of them corrected well.
The other fixed the red-eye but gave large blue half-moons under the eye (like bright blue bags under the eye).
I'm trying to "retouch" or "brush" to correct with his skin-tone color. I don't see how I can pick up the color I
want to put in there - to use the editor like a painting app.
In PSP I could use the "color replacer" or "clone" tools but I can't see anything like that.

Can this be done?

Try reducing size of the tool to avoid this problem.
