I just purchase the unlimited version of dvd copy after being so satifsfied with the trial version. I'm not very computer savvy and I found this one easy to use for copying and backing up my home videos. I made ONLY ONE copy and started getting this error "Access Violation at address 03BF1E0B in Module AVS Videoplayer.dll Read of address 00000000. I tried 5 more times hoping this was just a one time error since the first time worked by everytime I get the same thing. I've tried reistalling. I've tried the registry cleaner and I just don't know what else. Any suggestion? I spent 59.00 and I would like it to work!!

I am able to access the DVD movie when using DVD Copy but when I try to copy it to an external hard drive folder it gives the error message:

Access violation at 01EB1E08 in module AVS Video Player.dll. Read of address 00000000

I have uninstalled DVD Copy and reinstalled it 3 times but get same error each time. What do I need to do to rectify the problem.

To solve the problem, please download the updated .exe file using this link.
Unzip the file and save it to C:\Program Files\AVS4YOU\AVSDVDCopy (overwrite the existing file).

Please inform us whether the problem is solved or not after that.

Try to use the latest version of the program that can be downloaded following this link.

If the problem remains in the latest version of the program, please provide some additional information about it so we could assist you:
- specify the program you use and its version;
- describe your actions step by step and specify the moment the problem occurs;

We greatly appreciate your help.

Please, download exe file following that link, unpack it into the C:\Program Files\AVS4YOU\AVSDVDCopy folder and try working with the program again.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
