I have large M2TS files. I want to cut about %40 off of them. For example I have a 30GB file. I want to make it around 18GB. I know there are built in profiles to use, but what options would insure me the final size of the end file? I know changing settings has an affect on the file size, but is there an option for TARGET FILE SIZE and then the rest of the profile fills in?

Unfortunately, the target file size cannot be set in the current version of AVS Video Converter, but you can try reducing the bitrate of your output file at 40% accordingly. This is the major parameter which determines output file size.
