- describe your actions step by step;
- specify the format of the file you are trying to convert and its origin;
- specify to which format you convert and which presets do you select;
- specify the software you use and its version;
- attach the error report if there is;

Trying to convert a DVD to Zune high quality WMV. The picture is fantastic but the audio is behind the video several seconds. Any ideas on why?
Here are my settings:

Like I said the video is awesome on the Zune but would like to get the audio synced up.

I think the problem is, that you choose as frame rate 29.97 fps.

Please try to change it to 25 fps value.

Trying to convert Video_TS file and input is in Dolby Digital, but output says MP2 and does not let me choose an audio output.Once the video is burned onto DVD I am not able to watch it in surround sound. I am new to this so explain what I need to do "in laymens terms" please. Thank you.

We can process the Dolby Digital as an input file, but the writing of the Dolby Digital is not supported by AVS software, unfortunately.
