I have not received my license key. What should I do?

If you have not received your license key within 24 hours after the purchase, please try our online license retrieval tool first.

Don't forget to check that your spam filter is adjusted so that you could receive the automatic email from our system.

If the key still has not arrived, use the online support form to send a license retrieval request to our support staff. Please note that requests from our customers are processed within 48 hours, so don't worry if you do not get the answer immediately. None of the requests remain unanswered.
