when I try to open file that I have recorded with Technisat DigiCoder HD K2 I am getting an this error message: External expection EEFFACE

Hope you can help me solving this issue

Does the error pop up upon trying to open files of the same format from the same source or only some particluar files (not all of your recorded videos)? Please specify their format.

Try opening one of such files in AVS Video Converter. If you manage to open it, please click Advanced > File Information and attach a screenshot of this window.

thanks for your fast feedback.

This error does not occur with every recorded video. I seems to me that it deppends on the TV channel.

Unfortunatly I can not open the file with MVS Video Converter. This tool shows me the same error message: External expection EEFFACE.

I do not have the error message if I remux the video material with TsRemux 0212.

If you like, I can upload some of my raw video material that have the problem.
