Can any tell me why every time I try to open AVS EDITOR 4 the program crashes by computer? I did get it to open once, yes once. After I completed that project, and opened it again BAM, crash again. Support via email from this company sucs,. I have sent 5 emails in a week with no return. I have tried redownloading the program, same thing every time, click it and CRASH
Can anyone HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'' I would attach the erro message but its from a DOS prompt.

Thanks for getting back to me, I was feeling so alone on this, I am in the middle of the re-install, I hope you are still online when its all complete..( crossing fingers this works)...by the way I did update my video driver thinking that may work, but it didn't help. Talk soon

Well it crashed as suspected, will unzip the files you sent and perform that task next, DONT GO ANYWHERE until I return...lol

I have done all the steps, more than once, new problem, I CANT SEE THE ERROR REPORT that the zip file was to make.....it says " The application has encountered a problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience, Please tell us about this problem.
blah...blah another sentence that says we have created a a report"...where do or how can I get the report to screenshot and send. I click send........with the attach screenshot to bug report box checked, then click send.....it opens my email client, i have no report
